I find the post for translation request here are really quite personal. There are also posts that are far out and not conventional with words unused of today's vocabulary and that is the Tagalog language. Unlike the Tagalog language, the general languages(Ilonggo--and other variants Karay-a etc, Waray, Cebuano) of the Bisayan people have evolve for over a long time, foreign words are localized and exchanged with in the Bisayan Islands and the Northern and Eastern to Southern Mindanao regions. Yes, the Cebuano language speaking Bisayans are that established. Which later evolved into the Surigaonon, Butuanon, Tausog etc. languages. The Cebuano language is the most influential of all of the Bisayan languages, it is more evolved and ever more changing, the language here in Cebu has been the center of speech for quite a long time even before that of the Spahish era. Outside of this language was considered crude and provincial, hence the Tagalog language back then was considered as such.
I would like to encourage the Bisayans to refrain from the use of Tagalog.
My concern is, there are some that are urgent and needs a great deal of careful translation, that requires the translator to assume and imagine the context. Some translations are translated roughly or as is, simply because we do not have the full time dedicated to it or we have no idea of the real context of the conversations. In behalf of those who have been willing to help and has, I would like to extend our apologies, we hope we can help you better, during time critical translations.
If you want me to look at it, drop me a message in FB here https://www.facebook.com/junji.malaza , just keep those messages/translation post here and send me the link.
