I don't have a good translation for the last part. I think palak there may be palag but not sure. Oblivion may be right about it being a mindanao word.  But it would make more sense if billy48 meant to say dayun man ug palag!

My take on this is: Why are there people who meddle with the feelings of his/her fellowmen. I was just (or merely) venting my feelings here, this is (just about) all I can do...i did not meddle (or mess) with them, and then they (react in a violent way).
