my first post here, sorry if I make something wrong, and wanna know is that good place for ask help for little translations like that:)
I edited it little bit,but sorry if still unclear
is this correct?
paingnon can mean "to go to". for example: paingon ko sa tindahan. I go to the store.
paingnon can mean "to say". for example: paingon ko 'kini gwapa ng dini'. I say 'it is beautiful here.'
is both meanings correct? if you usually do not use one, which is more common, which is more unusual?
salamat po sa tabang :)
If i wanted to say "moon, when you drowned," would i say "buhan paglumos nimo" or should i say "buhan kon lumos nimo"?
How do we translate this into Cebuano, not just the word, but the concept and practice of it?
A friends from Germany sent me the converstion below. It is a convo between two girls and I've editted the text to be Girl 1 and Girl 2. My friend is scared to death and I don't know the language, even though I'm a filipina. I've lived in the USA all my life with foster parents raising me. BUt my freind asked for help, so I thought I would try here to get some insight. Right now he thinks his gf is a prostitute trying to move in with a lesbian to be her lover too lol. Maybe the online translation is just terrible. TIA :)
Sorry the format makes it very long:( some of it seems to be repated but I left it in)

Can you please translate this phrase to Bisaya: " The way I see it, he is right." Daghang salamat sa tabang!
Memrise can be useful for learning vocabulary.
I've done most of the courses.
Previously courses were spread out over Tagalog and Other. Now they have a Cebuano section (includes Bisaya/Binisaya/Dabawenyo).

15 in there, but some of the older ones are probably spread out in Tagalog and others still.
There are a few new ones and I've been attempting to create my own ones.
So far there's my mini one for kids - http://www.memrise.com/course/1148261/cebuano-dinosaurs-counting-1-10/
I hope to do a grammar one soon but that's a lot harder!
Hard to remember which ones I liked - but probably -

How do you translate this to english? (or spanish?)

Thank you very much in advance

Hello, I am trying to translate a song for this cartoon that I like. Can anyone understand the text below?
Among relasyon nangili.
Sulaya, kay wala ka mobuhi,
Nunca ka kaduha among bili.
Nabuhaton ko
Sa-a-a-a-a
Ma-ha-a-a-al (x3)
Mao ni kami
Mao ni ko gyod.
Kon natuo ka moundanga ko,
Hunahuna ka napod.
